Things might feel difficult or tough at the moment, but by choosing to provide your contact details we'll be able to help provide you with better support and information as well as aiming to stop something similar happening again.  If you are a member of staff  and wish to report something about yourself or another member of staff,  normal procedures for disclosure should be followed and support is available through HR and your line manager.
